Puppy Purchas Agreement

The puppy you have chosen will be sold with the following: Docked Tail and Dewclaws removed. AKC limited registration, record booklet showing current vaccinations, a complete wellness physical by a licensed veterinarian, Puppy Pack. Please know that your puppy has been fed Iams Smart Puppy Large Breed puppy food. Buyers agrees to feed your puppy the same food or another high quality puppy food for the first year. Buyers agree to provide humane indoor housing. Buyers agrees to provide consistent  veterinary care, including heartworm treatments and vaccinations . Buyer agrees to provide a kind loving FOREVER HOME to include moderate exercise necessary for this puppy's emotional and  physical needs. Buyers agree to continue with puppy's socialization and imprinting as outlined it the Puppy Pack. NON BREEDING AGREEMENT: Buyers understand that they have purchased this puppy as a companion/pet and or field performance/working gun dog. This dog is not to be used for breeding  without Breeder's knowledge or permission under any conditions. Buyers agree this puppy/dog is not to be sold or given to anyone. This puppy/dog will be returned to the breeder if for any reason this puppy/dog doesn't work out for the buyer.

A deposit required to hold the puppy of your choice and is nonrefundable!!!
